NEW CHILD ON THE LOOSE~

M'kay, here's another RP OC picture. Sakura has already been featured before with her twin Dai but this one introduces Luna. Luna is the daughter of Australia and Japan (1P) and DAMN was her hair bugging me!
I got the idea for her hair through a picture here on dA of Fem!Australia. That flower wasn't originally suppose to be in her hair but it looked off without it so I drew it in.
Oh, and I was too lazy to think of a background so I just left it blank... hehe...
